Each prospective Always Best Care franchisee goes through an informative step-by-step process that helps determine whether an Always Best Care franchise is right for you, and also whether you are right for Always Best Care.

 

STEP 1:  Formal introduction interview and overview of Always Best Care. 

 

STEP 2:  Review the "Training & Support" section of this website.  Receive prospectus and franchise agreement (collectively known as our franchise disclosure document, or FDD) and complete receipt pages.  Conference call with Always Best Care's founder and Chief Executive Officer, Michael Newman.  Learn about the vision and culture that has propelled Always Best Care to a leadership position in the senior care industry.  Hear directly from the CEO how we manage our growth and share in his deep understanding of the industry and his vision for the future.

 

STEP 3:  Review "Sales & Marketing" in this website. Prepare for "validation" calls with ABC franchisees.

 

STEP 4:  Review "Next Steps" section of this website.  Complete validation calls with ABC franchisees.  Finish review of the franchise agreement and funding arrangements.  Available territory approved by Always Best Care.

 

STEP 5:  Spouse/partner call.  If the spouse or partner was not previously involved on calls, this is required to proceed.  Complete your pro forma template.

 

STEP 6:  After a personal discussion with your Master Franchisee, we will immediately determine your approval to become an Always Best Care franchisee.

 

STEP 7:  Welcome aboard! Finalise signed agreements and schedule training.
