David J. Caesar Vice President, Franchise Operations

David J. Caesar has more than 25 years of operations, sales and marketing experience. His background has been in high profile companies such as Procter & Gamble, Bacardi Imports,  Kraft Foodservice and The LEGO Toy Company, where he served as Regional Merchandising Manager with responsibility for the western states. After leaving LEGO, Mr. Caesar gained franchising experience as an owner and operator with Signs by Tomorrow, and later joined Always Best Care as a Field Trainer. He was promoted to Director of Franchise Training and then to Vice President of Franchise Operations. Mr. Caesar is extremely active in community organisations and has served on the Board of Directors with the Folsom, CA Chamber of Commerce and The Niello Concourse at Serrano. He was President of the El Dorado Hills Chapter of LeTip International and was honored as the 2006 Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Man of the Year. Mr. Caesar is a graduate of Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA.
